Robots and cells
Offline programming and simulation
We check reach, collisions and cycle time before the cell is built. On site, you simply load the finished program and fine-tune it.
Turnkey robotic cells
From study and simulation through delivery, installation, electrical work and Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLCs to production start.
Service, retrofit and training
Repairs on site and remotely, service contracts, modernisation of older robots and operator training.
Design and measurement
Grippers and fixtures
Designed in Siemens NX, delivered with drawings and CAD data. We arrange manufacturing and measure the finished part.
3D measurement and scanning
FARO measuring arm with PolyWorks evaluation: deviation reports against CAD, reverse engineering, fixture inspection. We also measure at your site.
CNC machining and 3D printing
We arrange manufacturing of parts, prototypes and small batches. Five-axis milling, turning, ±0.02 mm accuracy, 3D printing in engineering plastics.
Ways to work with us
We can deliver the whole project for a fixed price, or provide a programmer at your plant or your integrator for as long as you need. Simulations and program changes can also be done remotely, and service can be covered by a contract. We always price each job individually.
